Columbus Day Weekend

My weekend started on Thursday were my dear husband surprised me with tickets from one of my favorite bands, Evanescence!!! It was a great concert. Her concert sounded like you where hearing her CD.

Friday was a very lazy day. After work we both sat at our patio to talk and watch the stars. It was relaxing.
On Saturday, we as a little family of three, my husband, Tuffy and me went for a ride on the car.

 He always gets excited when we take him for a ride.

Yesterday was super lazy day. We started our day eating a healthy and delicious breakfast that we both cook. Pineapples, bacon and eggs in a basket. 

Later that night we both decided to have a bonfire w/s'mores at our patio. Very cozy!

Today Im free, no work because of Columbus Day. Happy weekend and Columbus Day!!!!

Rainbow cake and Patio

I always wanted to make a rainbow cake. I think its so colorful and fun that I decided, before starting the new school year I was going to do it! So yesterday, I decided to bake one. So here it is.

It taste delicious!!!

We decided that our patio need some TLC, so now it looks so much better than before.

fun weekend

This past weekend was my last one of the summer. This Thursday I start to work again in my school. So we decided to do something fun this weekend.

FRIDAY:

On Friday we decided to go out and eat. We went to Pizza Hut in the biggest mall in the Caribbean, Plaza las Americas. 

It was delicious!!!!

And that's not all. I finished with dessert in Krispy Kreme

SATURDAY:

On Saturday we ran four tracks. It was SUPER FUN. This was in Hacienda Carabali, Luquillo, PR . Beautiful Nature and super fun. Here are some pictures of the tour.

SUNDAY:

On Sunday we decided to take a Road Trip to PONCE. We went we a friend of ours. First we stop at the Beach, La Guancha. Then we went to Cabo Rojo to eat delicious pizza. Favorite Food!! Here are some photos.
